In any industry, over time, one begins to identify difficulties, problems, industry secrets and opportunities for both customer and retailer. After years in the flooring business and encountering many of these scenarios, we realized that more could be done for the customer and for retailers who are trying to compete. Hence the formation of The Flooring Brokers. We want to put customers and retailers together in the best way possible.

We recognized that customers were not always getting the best price for a variety of reasons and we knew that we could make that possible by leveraging our industry relationships, implementing our industry knowledge and applying unique buying strategies all while looking out for the customers best interest. We also recognized that stores that were trying to compete were not necessarily being found by customers. By effectively fulfilling both needs, we felt that we could create a win-win scenario for both consumer and retailer.

A secondary goal of ours was to eliminate the hassle customers encounter when calling around from store to store in search of the best price. Having to go over the same information, retailer after retailer, is highly annoying and inefficient.
